Willie’s Marine of Juneau is one of 252 businesses to earn a Mercury Marine Service Customer Satisfaction Index Award.

The award recognizes Mercury dealers who meet criteria, including being a Mercury Premier or Certified Service level dealer; meeting the minimum amount of Service CSI surveys returned in a year; and maintaining a rolling 12-month average of a CSI score of 94 or higher, according to Mercury Marine.

“As our certified Mercury Marine technician, Derek Lofstrom has put a lot of work into achieving the CSI award with Mercury Marine. This award signifies a high level of individual customer satisfaction with our dealership and our technician,” said owners Robin and Collin Rielly in a statement shared by email. “It is a highly regarded award in the industry. We are very proud of Derek and honored to have received it being a small marine business in Southeast Alaska.”
