Legislature to take public testimony on oil tax credits

The Alaska House will take public testimony Monday on a proposal from Gov. Bill Walker to reform the credit system that rewards oil companies for drilling in Alaska.

House Bill 247 will be heard from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and again from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Juneau residents may visit the Capitol, Room 128, to offer testimony in person. People unable to attend in person may call 465-4648.
