Attempt to Serve

At 9:09 a.m. on Wednesday, 50-year-old Theodosia James was arrested on Sherwood Lane on an Alaska State Troopers warrant for violating conditions of release on original charges of assault and interfering with reporting of domestic violence.

Conditions Violation

At 5:49 p.m. on Wednesday, the Juneau Police Department created a report for a domestic violence order violation on Gail Avenue.

Disturbance

At 9:10 p.m. on Wednesday, 41-year-old Benjamin Stepetin was arrested on Teal Street for criminal trespass and violating conditions of release. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was a factor.

Theft

At 7:33 a.m. on Wednesday, a 43-year-old male reported theft of personal property on Teal Street.

At 11:09 a.m. on Wednesday, a 35-year-old female reported theft of personal property.

Traffic Stop

At 2:51 p.m. on Wednesday, a 1997 Honda Accord was impounded, and the driver issued tickets for driving without a license and no insurance.

Trespassing

At 9:58 a.m. on Wednesday, 44-year-old Curtis Davis was cited and released on Teal Street for trespassing.
