At 5:58 a.m. on Sunday, 24-year-old Tyler William Kowalcik was arrested on Shell Simmons Drive on a $500 warrant for failure to appear on original charges of driving under the influence and driving while license revoked. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
