Attempt to Serve

At 11:07 a.m. on Sunday, 41-year-old George Benson IV was arrested on Gull Way on a $200 warrant and a no-bail warrant on an original charge of third-degree assault. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Burglary

At 8:03 a.m. on Sunday, 22-year-old Eli Carlson was arrested for first-degree burglary and assault on Kelly Court.

At 7:21 p.m. on Sunday, the Juneau Police Department began an investigation into a reported burglary on a boat on Harbor Way.

Disturbance

At 6:32 p.m. on Sunday, 50-year-old Eddy Renee Rodrigues was arrested for assault on Teal Street. She was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

Driving While Intoxicated

At 4:48 p.m. on Sunday, 62-year-old Jeffrey Jackson Justice was arrested for driving while intoxicated on Glacier highway. He was taken to LCCC and the vehicle he was driving was impounded.

Out With Subject or Situation

At 8:12 p.m. on Sunday, 26-year-old Johnnie L. G. Johnson was arrested on Cinema Drive on a $250 warrant for failure to appear on original charges of vehicle theft and unlawful contact. He was taken to LCCC.

Sex Crime

At 11:15 p.m. on Sunday, JPD received a report of a 30-year-old male who is non-compliant with sex offender registration.

Trespassing in Vehicle or Vehicle Riffling

At 1:58 a.m. on Sunday, a 49-year-old male reported theft from a vehicle on Glacier Highway.
