Assault

At 2:59 p.m. on Sunday, the Juneau Police Department responded to a report of an assault on Glacier Highway.

At 5:53 p.m. on Sunday, 23-year-old Brandon Garrison was arrested on Shell Simmons Drive for third-degree domestic violence assault and second-degree unlawful contact. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was a factor.

Fight

At 8:54 p.m. on Sunday, 38-year-old Matthew Richey was arrested on Teal Street for criminal trespass, violating conditions of release and disorderly conduct. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol and domestic violence were factors.

Missing or RTL Person

At 10:28 p.m. on Sunday, a 32-year-old female reported a 13-year-old male as a runaway.

Noise Complaint

At 5:22 a.m. on Sunday, 45-year-old James Newman was arrested on Shell Simmons Drive on a $50 warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to LCCC.

Trespassing

At 1:47 p.m. on Sunday, 34-year-old Monika Escajeda was arrested for trespass and resisting arrest on Willoughby Avenue. She was taken to LCCC.
