Agency Assist

At 6:25 p.m. on Sunday, the Juneau Police Department assisted another agency on Marine Way.

Disturbance

At 8:56 p.m. on Sunday, JPD responded to a reported fight downtown on Franklin Street. Peace was later restored.

Driving While Intoxicated

At 4:12 p.m. on Sunday, 35-year-old Joel McLean was arrested on Trafalgar Avenue for driving while intoxicated. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Warrant Arrest

At 12:12 p.m. on Sunday, 51-year-old Heather Warden was arrested on Willoughby Avenue on a $100 warrant to answer to the charge of harassment. She was taken to LCCC.

At 7:40 p.m. on Sunday, 54-year-old Timothy Foster was arrested on Glacier Highway on $500 worth of warrants for failure to appear for pretrial hearing. He was taken to LCCC.
