Burglary

At 6:10 p.m. on Monday, a woman reported a burglary at her residence on Dudley Street.

Criminal Mischief

At 8:31 p.m. on Monday, 37-year-old Thadius Mark Nayamin was arrested on Glacier Highway for criminal mischief. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Driving Without a License

At 10:51 a.m. on Monday, a 74-year-old man was cited on Douglas Highway for driving without a license and/or no insurance. The vehicle he was driving was impounded.

Driving While Intoxicated

At 12:38 p.m. on Monday, 42-year-old Jessica Holcomb was arrested for driving while intoxicated. She was taken to LCCC.

Found Item

At 10:58 a.m. on Monday, a man turned in a found wallet on Thunder Mountain Road.

Indecent Exposure

At 11:04 p.m. on Monday, 24-year-old Richard Jim was arrested on Second Street for indecent exposure. He was taken to LCCC.

Violating Conditions of Release

At 12:01 p.m. on Monday, 36-year-old Derek Stewart was arrested on Franklin Street for violating conditions of release. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

Warrant Arrest

At 1:34 a.m. on Monday, 40-year-old Roseanna Katheryne Nicklie was arrested on Trout Street on a $50 warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of trespass.

At 9:23 a.m. on Monday, 32-year-old Nicholas Corcoran was arrested on Cinema Drive on a $250 warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while intoxicated. He was taken to LCCC.

At 9:02 p.m. on Monday, 61-year-old Rudy Wray was arrested on Lemon Creek Way on a $50 warrant for failure to appear on original charges of trespass and assault. He was taken to LCCC.
