Driving While Intoxicated

At 2:41 p.m. on Saturday, 28-year-old Ethan Austin was arrested on Front Street for driving while intoxicated. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Theft

At 7:07 a.m. on Saturday, a man reported his vehicle was stolen on Glacier Highway.

At 9:55 a.m. on Saturday, the Juneau Police Department began an investigation into an ongoing shoplifting issue on Vintage Boulevard.

At 10:23 a.m. on Saturday, 41-year-old Retta Ussery was cited and released on Willoughby Avenue for larceny.

Trespass

At 12:28 p.m. on Saturday, 35-year-old Taylor Cope was arrested on Glacier Highway for trespass and violating conditions of release. He was taken to LCCC.

Violating Conditions of Release

At 4:11 p.m. on Saturday, 46-year-old Georgiana Joseph was arrested on Cinema Drive for violating condition of release. She was taken to LCCC.

At 8:54 p.m. on Saturday, a woman reported that a 48-year-old man was violating his conditions of release on Trout Street.

Warrant Arrest

At 2:19 a.m. on Saturday, 30-year-old Greggory Wright was arrested on a $10,000 warrant on Franklin Street on an original count of second-degree sex abuse of a minor. He was taken to LCCC.

At 8:25 a.m. on Saturday, 41-year-old Richard Macasaet was arrested on Gastineau Avenue on a $50 warrant for failure to appear on an original count of assault. He was taken to LCCC.
