Assault
At 9:26 p.m. on Saturday, 57-year-old Darlene Eloise Fawcett was arrested on Allen Court for disorderly conduct and was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
Attempt to Serve
At 2:11 p.m. on Saturday, 46-year-old Brett Padilla was arrested on Aisek Street on an outstanding no bail warrant. He was taken to LCCC.
Disturbance
At 4:35 p.m. on Saturday, Juneau Police Department responded to a report of a disturbance on Glacier Highway. A case was created pending further investigation.
At 4:37 a.m. on Sunday, 25-year-old Adrienne Audet was arrested on Twelfth Street for violating conditions of release and disorderly conduct. Audet was taken to LCCC.
Driving Under the Influence
At 2:42 a.m. on Sunday, 19-year-old Dylan James Squires was arrested on Old Dairy Road for driving under the influence and was taken to LCCC. The vehicle he was driving was impounded.
Sex Crime
At 5:56 p.m. on Saturday, JPD conducted a confidential investigation into a report of sexual assault in the Juneau area.
Shoplifting
At 5:53 p.m. on Saturday, 34-year-old David Cox was arrested on Commercial Boulevard and later released for concealment of merchandise.
Theft
At 11:36 p.m. on Sunday, JPD received a report of a failure to return a rental car on Shell Simmons Drive.
Traffic Stop
At 10:35 p.m. on Saturday, 51-year-old Christopher Lewis Gerondale was arrested on Egan Drive and later released for driving without a license. The vehicle he was driving was released to a licensed driver.
Trespassing
At 11:57 p.m. on Sunday, 25-year-old Adrienne Audet was arrested on Teal Street for trespassing and violating conditions of release. She was taken to LCCC.
