Attempt to Serve

At 8:56 a.m. on Tuesday, 31-year-old Zhenya Luke Heller was arrested on Teal Street on four Juneau Police Department warrants and was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Death

At 8:45 p.m. on Monday, JPD conducted an investigation into the death of a 48-year-old man in the Juneau area. Circumstances are not considered suspicious and next of kin has been notified.

At 2:28 a.m. on Tuesday, JPD investigated the death of a 60-year-old man in the Juneau area. Next of kin has been notified and circumstances are not considered suspicious.

Domestic Dispute

At 2:17 a.m. on Tuesday, a 39-year-old man was arrested for driving while intoxicated, domestic violence assault, criminal trespass and criminal mischief. He was taken to LCCC.

Motor Vehicle Crash without Injury

At 6:13 p.m. on Monday, a 28-year-old woman reported her vehicle was struck by another vehicle on Egan Drive that left without contacting her.

Suspicious Activity

At 8:26 p.m. on Monday, 31-year-old Cody Herndon was arrested on Twelfth Street for third-degree assault and impersonation. He was taken to LCCC.

Traffic Complaint

At 4:08 p.m. on Monday, JPD responded to a possible road rage incident in the Juneau area.

Welfare Check

At 12:01 p.m. on Monday, 36-year-old Rachael Jean Carlson was arrested on Vista Drive on an Alaska State Trooper warrant and was taken to LCCC.
