Domestic Dispute

At 12:34 p.m. on Monday, a 42-year-old woman was arrested on two warrants on a petition to revoke probation for the original charge of assault. Additionally, she was arrested for domestic violence assault, domestic violence harassment, and domestic violence criminal mischief. She was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was a factor.

At 10:10 p.m. on Monday, a 43-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence assault, criminal mischief and for violating conditions of his release. He was taken to LCCC.

At 10:38 p.m. on Monday, a 29-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence assault and for interfering with the report of a domestic violence crime. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

Motor Vehicle Crash Damage Only

At 6:33 a.m. on Tuesday, 33-year-old Brandon Paul Bailey was arrested in the 9300 block of Lee Smith Drive for driving while impaired and for refusal to cooperate with authorities. The vehicle he was driving was impounded and Bailey was taken to LCCC.

Sex Crime

At 11:38 p.m. on Tuesday, JPD conducted a confidential investigation into a report of sexual abuse of a minor in the Juneau area.

Theft

At 5:59 p.m. on Monday, a 60-year-old man reported his blue 2005 Subaru was stolen in the Juneau area.

At 11:25 p.m. on Tuesday, a 67-year-old woman reported her vehicle was stolen in the 1800 block of Northwood Drive.

Trespassing

At 2:43 p.m. on Monday, 40-year-old Matthew Charles was arrested in the 3000 block of Vintage Boulevard for criminal trespass. Charles was taken to LCCC.

Traffic Stop

At 7:16 p.m. on Monday, 39-year-old Jerome Gerald Abbott was arrested on a Juneau Police Department warrant for failure to appear for arraignment. Abbott was taken to LCCC.

Welfare Check

At 11:12 p.m. on Tuesday, JPD responded to a welfare check in the 600 block of Seater Street. Alcohol was a factor.
