Twin Lakes re-opens for swimmers

The city’s Parks and Recreation Department has reopened Twin lakes to swimmers after it closed the lakes late last week.

The department asked people and pets to refrain from swimming in the lake on Aug. 19 after it discovered that the water was contaminated with fecal bacteria.
