Correction

A Tuesday story about a decision by Alaska’s attorney general to drop opposition to tribes’ land-into-trust case mischaracterized a July decision by the U.S. Court of Appeals in Washington, D.C. The court ruled the case moot; it did not side with plaintiffs.
