• On Feb. 2, a daughter, Athena Terese Ortiz Lopez, weighing 6 pounds, 11 ounces, was born to Mackenzie Fisher and Norbert Ortiz Lopez of Juneau.

• On Feb. 3, a son, Silas Charles Muse, weighing 8 pounds, 1 ounce, was born to Autumn and Sam Muse of Juneau.
