Juneau residents Monday afternoon reported feeling the rumbling of a relatively nearby earthquake.

The earthquake, according to Alaska Earthquake Center, was a magnitude 3.8 tremor about 51 miles north of Juneau that occrred at 3:48 p.m at a depth of 9.8 miles. There were no reports of damage.
