Numbers come from reports from the City and Borough of Juneau Emergency Operations Center and the Alaska Department of Health and Social Services, as well as updates from the Alaska Coronavirus Response Hub and City and Borough of Juneau COVID-19 Dashboard. The city and state will begin providing COVID-19 data updates on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays instead of daily. COVID at a glance will follow that schedule.

Vaccination information: 83 % of Juneau’s eligible population (79% overall) has received a first dose of COVID-19 vaccine, and 78% of eligible Juneau residents (74% overall) have completed a full vaccination series.

New cases: 3,208 residents, 76 nonresidents

Test positivity rate: 18.75%

Cumulative cases: 162,626 residents and 5,992 nonresidents

Current hospitalizations: 80

New deaths: 1

Cumulative deaths: 949 residents, 32 nonresidents

Vaccination information: 68.2% of Alaska’s eligible population ( 63.7% overall) has received a first dose of COVID-19 vaccine, and 60.9% of eligible Alaskans (56.9% overall) have completed a full vaccination series.
