Assault

At 12:19 a.m. on Friday, Juneau Police Department investigated a report of a 45-year-old man assaulting a 34-year-old woman. Alcohol was a factor.

At 7:56 p.m. on Friday, JPD investigated a report of an assault on a 38-year-old man by a 35-year-old woman.

At 7:09 p.m. on Saturday, 62-year-old Lyle Nathen Brown was arrested for criminal trespass, violating conditions of release, larceny, and assault on the 8100 block of Glacier Highway. Alcohol was a factor.

At 9:51 p.m. on Saturday, JPD documented an assault in the 200 block of Franklin Street.

Burglary

At 12:58 a.m. on Friday, 31-year-old Cody Louis Munnuk Mercure was arrested for burglary on the 400 block of Franklin Street and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Child abuse/neglect

At 9:26 a.m. on Friday, JPD investigated a report of child abuse.

Conditions violation

At 11:54 p.m. on Friday, JPD received a report of a 30-year-old man unlawfully contacting a 25-year-old woman.

Death

At 1:14 p.m. on Friday, JPD investigated the death of a 57-year-old man in the 3000 block of Vintage Boulevard. The death is not considered suspicious and the next of kin has been notified.

Disturbance

At 6:43 p.m. on Thursday, JPD investigated misconduct involving a weapon in the 900 block of Thane Road.

At 8:19 p.m. on Thursday, JPD responded to a report of a 38-year-old man assaulting a 41-year-old man in the 1700 block of Glacier Avenue.

Domestic dispute

At 8:03 a.m. on Sunday, JPD investigated a reported domestic dispute.

Driving while intoxicated

At 8:01 p.m. on Saturday, JPD contacted a 24-year-old woman after she reportedly drove on a sidewalk in the 2400 block of Mendenhall Loop Road.

Theft

At 1:21 p.m. on Friday, 27-year-old Alfred Willis Torres Jr. was cited and released for larceny on the 8100 block of Glacier Highway.

At 8:48 p.m. on Saturday, a 51-year-old man reported an individual stole an unknown amount of items from their property on the 800 block of F Street.

Traffic stop

At 12:34 p.m. on Thursday, 46-year-old Joshua Peter Zeller was cited and released for driving with a suspended license and improper use of plates on the 4100 block of Aspen Avenue. The vehicle he was driving was impounded.

At 5:27 p.m. on Thursday, 36-year-old Jennifer Ross was cited and released for driving with a revoked license on the 8100 block of Egan Drive.

Trespassing

At 3:44 p.m. on Thursday, 62-year-old Lyle Nathen Brown was arrested for criminal trespass and violating conditions of release on the 200 block of Franklin Street and taken to LCCC.

At 11:03 p.m. on Thursday, 62-year-old Lyle Nathen Brown was arrested for criminal trespass and violating conditions of release on the 2200 block of Trout Street.

At 3:47 a.m. on Saturday, 33-year-old Taylor Cope was cited and released for trespass and violating conditions of release on the 8600 block of Teal Street.

At 7:20 a.m. on Saturday, 33-year-old Taylor Cope was cited and released for violating a stalking protective order trespass and violating conditions of release in the 8600 block of Teal Street.

At 6:27 p.m. on Saturday, JPD investigated a report of criminal trespass on the 8100 block of Glacier Highway.

At 8:53 p.m. on Saturday, 50-year-old Ollie Trent Stewart was cited and released for criminal trespass and violating conditions of release in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway.

At 9:15 p.m. on Saturday, 30-year-old Anthony Don Reyes was cited and released for criminal trespass in the 3000 block of Vintage Boulevard.

At 10:47 p.m. on Saturday, 59-year-old Priscilla Nancy Brown was arrested for criminal trespass and taken to LCCC.

Vandalism

At 11:44 p.m. on Saturday, a 25-year-old reported her tires being slashed on Shattuck Way.

Warrant arrest

At 4:07 p.m. on Saturday, 25-year-old Davlyn Larae Sarabia was arrested on a JPD warrant in the 100 block of Main Street.
