Assault

At 7:49 p.m. on Monday, 57-year-old Thomas Merle Sanders was arrested for assault in the 1900 block of Allen Court and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was a factor.

At 11:19 p.m. on Monday, 56-year-old Randall Earl Johnston was arrested for assault on the 9400 block of Glacier Highway and taken to LCCC.

Burglary

At 2:32 p.m. on Monday, 40-year-old Leonard King was arrested for burglary and violating conditions of release on the 7600 block of Glacier Highway and taken to LCCC.

At 12:18 a.m. on Tuesday, a 32-year-old woman reported her belongings stolen from her hotel room in the 9400 block of Glacier Highway.

Child abuse/neglect

At 9:11 p.m. on Monday, JPD investigated a possible offense against a minor.

Driving while intoxicated

At 4:24 p.m. on Monday, 36-year-old Kevin Eric Niemi was arrested for driving while intoxicated in the 5800 block of Glacier Highway and taken to LCCC. The vehicle he was driving was impounded. Alcohol was a factor.

Shoplifting

At 12:54 p.m. on Monday, a 38-year-old man reported a shoplift from a business in the 3000 block of Vintage Boulevard.

At 1:39 p.m. on Monday, a 38-year-old man reported a shoplift from a business in the 3000 block of Vintage Boulevard.

Traffic stop

At 7:58 p.m. on Monday, 32-year-old Brady Carle Peterson was cited and released for driving while not properly licensed in the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue.

Trespass

At 3:14 a.m. on Tuesday, 38-year-old Vanessa Mary Claire Pazar was arrested criminal trespass, resisting arrest, and violating conditions of release in the 9000 block of Long Run Drive and taken to LCCC.
