Allan Spangler, of Anchorage, earned first place in the annual Spring Tide Scramble at Fish Creek Park on Sunday.

Spangler finished the 7-mile course in 50 minutes, 54 seconds. John Bursell, of Juneau, finished in second place with a time of one hour, one minute, 24 seconds.

Rachel Phelps, of Juneau, was the top female to finish the course, with a time of 1:02:27.

In the 4-mile race, Skylar Tuckwood, of Juneau, finished first overall in 37:43. Isaiah Campos, of Juneau, was the top overall male, finishing in 37:50.
