Fire and medical

• On Sunday, Capital City Fire/Rescue responded to 12 EMS calls, two transport calls, and a fire alarm at a building on Glacier Highway that was activated due to burned food. CCFR reset the alarm, and the alarm service company was notified to reset the elevator.

• On Monday, CCFR responded to three EMS calls, one transport call, two calls that were cancelled en route and a false fire alarm on Third Street.

Unlawful contact

• On Friday, Juneau Alaska State Troopers initiated an investigation into an inmate at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center who was allegedly contacting the victim in his case telephonically. Investigation continues.
