Attempt to Serve

At 8:09 a.m. on Tuesday, 43-year-old Ashley Green was arrested on Main Street on a $5,000 felony warrant on a petition to revoke probation on an original charge of unauthorized use of an access device. She was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Disturbance

At 5:40 a.m. on Tuesday, 33-year-old Daniel Brito was arrested on Teal Street for criminal mischief and criminal trespass. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

Domestic Dispute

At 1:51 p.m. on Tuesday, the Juneau Police Department responded to a verbal altercation between a 25-year-old male and a 23-year-old female on Cinema Drive.

Sex Crime

At 7:42 p.m. on Tuesday, JPD took a confidential report of a sexual assault.

Trespassing

At 9:42 a.m. on Tuesday, 29-year-old Paul Anthony Tomasi was arrested for criminal trespass on Glacier Highway. He was taken to LCCC.
