Burglary

At 7:33 a.m. on Monday, a 59-year-old male reported a burglary at a business on Willoughby Avenue.

Directed Activity

At 9:37 p.m. on Monday 33-year-old Elliot Nathan Davies was arrested on Glacier Highway on a no-bail parole warrant for original charges of vehicle theft and burglary. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Domestic Dispute

At 5:32 p.m. on Monday, 32-year-old Paul Marks II was arrested for domestic violence assault on Sixth Street. He was taken to LCCC.

Theft

At 4:18 p.m. on Monday, a 61-year-old male reported his Galaxy pad was stolen on Twelfth Street.

Traffic Stop

At 12:24 a.m. on Monday, a case was created to document property seized for destruction on Glacier Highway.

Trespassing

At 4:04 p.m. on Monday, 29-year-old Alfred Willis Torres Jr. was cited and released for larceny on Willoughby Avenue.
