Assault

At 4:17 p.m. on Monday, a 43-year-old female reported an assault and vandalism by a 31-year-old male. Domestic violence was a factor.

Out With Subject or Situation

At 1:39 a.m. on Monday, 34-year-old Cherish Blake was arrested on Vintage Boulevard on a $25 warrant on an original charge of avoiding an ignition interlock device. She was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Trespassing

At 1:10 p.m. on Monday, 36-year-old Lindsey Rae Anne Yandell was cited and released on Seward Street for trespassing.

At 2:37 p.m. on Monday, 41-year-old Benjamin William Stepetin was arrested on Front Street for criminal trespassing. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.
