Assault

At 4:21 a.m. on Tuesday, a 68-year-old male reported he was assaulted on Teal Street.

Attempt to Serve

At 8:07 p.m. on Tuesday, 63-year-old Donald Allan was arrested on Willoughby Avenue on two Juneau Police Department warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of trespass.

At 10:06 p.m. on Tuesday, 40-year-old Benjamin William Stepetin was arrested on Egan Drive on a $50 warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of vandalism. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was a factor.

Burglary

At 6:24 p.m. on Tuesday, a 59-year-old female reported a burglary of her residence on Glacier Highway. Domestic violence was a factor.

Conditions Violation

At 7:59 a.m. on Tuesday, a 32-year-old female reported a 32-year-old male to be in violation of a protective order on Gastineau Avenue.

Fight

At 8:39 p.m. on Tuesday, 44-year-old Timothy Lopez was arrested on Alpine Avenue on original charges of trespass and burglary. He was taken to LCCC.

Found Property

At 3:19 p.m. on Tuesday, a firearm found on Glacier Highway was placed into safekeeping by JPD.

Out With Subject or Situation

At 12:46 a.m. on Tuesday, 27-year-old Audrey Tiedemann was arrested on Cinema Drive on $500 in warrants for failure to appear on original charges of larceny, violating conditions of release, trespassing and fifth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance.

Suspicious Activity Vehicle Subject Device

At 9:42 p.m. on Tuesday, 41-year-old Justin Ridinger was arrested on Behrends Avenue on six $50 warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of trespassing. He was taken to LCCC.

Theft

At 8:55 p.m. on Tuesday, a 30-year-old female reported the theft of a 1995 red Subaru Impreza from Amalga Street.

Trespassing

At 6 p.m. on Tuesday, 48-year-old Luonda Austin was cited and released for criminal trespass on Teal Street.

Vandalism or Graffiti

At 9:11 a.m. on Tuesday, JPD received a report of somebody spray-painting a CBJ sidewalk on Dimond Park Loop.
