Criminal Mischief

At 12:50 p.m. on Friday, 38-year old Michael Howard Northern II was cited and released on Teal Street for criminal mischief. Alcohol was a factor.

Failure to Remand

At 7:43 p.m. on Friday, 38-year-old David Whisenant turned himself in on two no-bail warrant for failure to remand on Alaway Avenue. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Trespassing

At 12:26 a.m. on Friday, JPD responded to a report that a woman was trespassing on government property at Auke Bay Harbor Road.
