Child abuse/neglect

At 10:25 p.m. on Monday, Juneau Police Department investigated a possible case of child abuse.

At 10:29 p.m. on Monday, JPD investigated a possible case of child abuse.

Conditions violation

At 9:45 a.m. on Tuesday, 58-year-old Janet Lynn Pickering was cited and released for violating conditions of release in the 1900 block of Allen Court.

Driving while intoxicated

At 7:05 p.m. on Monday, 32-year-old Douglas Austin Martin Farnsworth was arrested for driving under the influence in the 1100 block of Calhoun Drive. Alcohol was a factor.

Found property

At 9:45 a.m. on Tuesday, a 59-year-old man brought a blue bicycle from the 1900 block of Allen Court to JPD to be placed in safekeeping.

At 10:19 a.m. on Tuesday, a 39-year-old man found a brake caliper and turned it into JPD for safekeeping.

Motor vehicle crash

At 8:27 a.m. on Tuesday, a 30-year-old man reported his 2002 Subaru Outback was struck while parked in the 1800 block of Northwood Drive.

Theft

At 1:08 p.m. on Monday, a 65-year-old woman reported a 34-year-old woman stole $400 from her purse.
