Coppa is now accepting donations of local rhubarb. In exchange, Coppa will give growers $1/pound in store credit. If interested, customers are asked to bring in whole stalks, washed, with leaves removed.

This year, Coppa has a new 80 liter bladder press (mostly used in winemaking). With its new press, Coppa has the ability to process much more rhubarb into juice, soda and ice cream.
