Sitka quilting show coming up

SITKA— Ocean Wave Quilters presents its annual free quilt show May 1 -14 on the first floor of Whitmore Hall on the historic Sheldon Jackson College campus.

Hours are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Hours during the Mother’s Day tea, Sunday, May 8, are noon to 4 p.m.

The theme of the show is “Repurpose;” it features quilts not previously displayed by the group.
