State seeks bids for refurbishing SOB garage

The state of Alaska is planning to refurbish the aging South Parking Garage attached to the State Office Building on Willoughby Street.

According to a request for proposals published Monday, the state intends to renovate and repair the garage in 2017 with a project worth between $1 million and $1.75 million.
