Police & fire for Friday, April 29, 2016

Conditions violation

• At 9:43 a.m. Thursday, the Juneau Police Department arrested Maggie Starring, 27, for violating a stalking protective order in the 2700 block of Douglas Highway. She was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center and held in lieu of a $250 bail.

Criminal trespassing

• At 1:26 p.m. Wednesday, JPD cited and released Lena Jimmie, 54, on Egan Drive for criminal trespassing. Alcohol was involved.

• At 1:46 p.m. Wednesday, JPD received a report that a 24-year-old male criminally trespassed in the 3100 block of Dimond Park Loop.

Disorderly conduct

• At 8:45 a.m. Thursday, JPD arrested Philip Fabinski, 58, for disorderly conduct after challenging another person to a fight on Marine Way. He was taken to LCCC and held in lieu of a $100 bail.

Fire and medical

• On Tuesday, Capital City Fire/Rescue responded to one false fire alarm and one public service assistance call.

• On Wednesday, CCFR responded to three EMS calls, one mobility assistance call, one false smoke alarm, one call about a cooking fire that was extinguished when units arrived on the scene and one call to help shut down a sprinkler system.

Indecent exposure

• At 11:26 a.m. Thursday, JPD arrested Tyler Leatham, 24, for open lewdness and larceny in the 9100 block of Mendenhall Mall Road. He was taken to LCCC.
