Attempt to Serve

At 3:44 p.m. on Tuesday, 31-year-old Clarissa Foster was arrested on Vista Drive on a $500 felony warrant for a petition to revoke probation on an original charge of misconduct involving a controlled substance. She was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Disturbance

At 7:40 p.m. on Tuesday, 40-year-old Jonathan James was arrested for criminal mischief on Glacier Highway. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

Domestic Dispute

At 5:42 a.m. on Tuesday, the Juneau Police Department received a report that a 29-year-old male assaulted a 23-year-old female on Churchhill Way. Domestic violence was a factor.

Out With Subject or Situation

At 9:33 p.m. on Tuesday, 58-year-old Lance Christian Cesear was arrested on Franklin Street on a $100 warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of trespass. He was taken to LCCC.
