Trespassing

At 4:37 a.m. on Tuesday, Kathleen Rae Smith was arrested on Hospital Drive for criminal trespass and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

At 7:51 p.m. on Tuesday, Jennifer McAllister was arrested on Glacier Highway for trespass and violating conditions of release and taken to LCCC.

Domestic Dispute

At 10:37 p.m. on Tuesday, Raymond Evenson was arrested on Glacier Highway for assault in the second degree and assualt in the fourth degree and taken to LCCC.

Out with Subject or Situation

At 11:14 p.m. on Tuesday, Nathan Nichols was arrested on Jordan Avenue on $400 in warrants for failure to appear with the original charge of driving without a license, driving with license revoked and trespass.
