Attempt to Serve

At 12:56 a.m. on Thursday, 24-year-old Dylan Leland was arrested on Alaway Avenue on a Petersburg warrant for failure to appear for arraignment for the original charge of assault.

Conditions Violation

At 1:16 p.m. on Wednesday, 27-year-old Israel Mitchell Comstock was arrested on Vista Drive for violating conditions of a protective order.

Disabled Vehicle

At 1:40 a.m. on Thursday, 25-year-old Mercitasher Knudson Marcelino was arrested on Vintage Boulevard for driving under the influence and violating conditions of her release. She was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Fraud

At 1:13 p.m. on Wednesday, Juneau Police Department conducted an investigation into a report of fraudulent bank accounts in the Juneau area.

At 11:14 p.m. on Thursday, JPD received a report of possible fraud on Bennett Way.

Sex Crime

At 3:02 p.m. on Wednesday, JPD conducted a confidential investigation into a report of sexual abuse of a minor in the Juneau area.

Traffic Stop

At 12:29 p.m. on Wednesday, a 14-year-old girl was detained for vehicle theft on Clinton Drive. The vehicle was returned to its owner and the investigation is ongoing.

Trespassing

At 3:50 p.m. on Wednesday, 37-year-old Matthew Richey was arrested on Vista Drive for criminal trespass and was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Vandalism

At 2:46 p.m. on Wednesday, JPD conducted an investigation into a reported vandalism of the fence at the airport on Cessna Drive.

At 9:06 a.m. on Thursday, JPD conducted an investigation into a reported vandalism to the Snack Shack on Mendenhall Loop Road.
