At 2:01 p.m. on Monday, 46-year-old Garrett Derr was arrested on Marine Way a $50 warrant to answer to a charge of violating conditions of release on an original charge of interfering.

Trespassing

At 9:54 a.m. on Monday, 32-year-old Kier Vergara was cited and released for trespassing on Glacier Highway.
