Grand jury indicts man in Dillingham heroin arrest

ANCHORAGE — An Anchorage grand jury has indicted a man suspected of distributing heroin in Dillingham.

State prosecutors say 37-year-old Joshua Rivera is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday in Dillingham on two felony drug counts.

Dillingham police investigated the case. Prosecutors say Rivera was found Jan. 9 with more than 10 grams of heroin with the intent to sell.

Defense attorney Whitney Power was not immediately available to comment.
