Arrest

At 7:35 p.m. on Monday, 44-year-old Jason Magness was arrested on Foster Avenue on two outstanding Juneau Police Department warrants and was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Assist

At 7:07 p.m. on Monday, 60-year-old Joseph Holland was arrested from criminal trespass on Marine Way and was taken to LCCC.

Attempt to Serve

At 2:44 p.m. on Monday, 41-year-old Cody Herndon was arrested on Coogan Drive on an outstanding felony warrant. He was taken to LCCC.

Disturbance

At 8:51 p.m. on Monday, 62-year-old Angela Martin was arrested on Willoughby Avenue for assault, assault on a parole officer and harassment. She was taken to LCCC.

Domestic Dispute

At 1:37 p.m. on Tuesday, JPD responded to a reported domestic disturbance on Fourth Street.

Motor Vehicle Crash without Injury

At 1:19 a.m. on Tuesday, 64-year-old Roy Jones was arrested on 12th Street for driving while impaired and misconduct involving a weapon. The vehicle he was driving was impounded.

Shoplifting

At 3:23 p.m. on Monday, JPD responded to a report of shoplifting on Glacier Highway.

Traffic Stop

At 7:31 p.m. on Monday, 50-year-old Timothy Henry was arrested on Industrial Boulevard and later released for driving without a license
