Abandoned vehicle

At 9:30 a.m. on Friday, a 2000 GMC was impounded on Engineers Cutoff Road.

Assault

At 7:48 p.m. on Friday, a 35-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence- assault and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Burglary

At 6:01 p.m. on Saturday, a 61-year-old woman reported items were stolen from her residence in the 8400 block of Thunder Mountain Road.

Death

At 8:52 p.m. on Thursday, Juneau Police Department investigated the death of an 84-year-old man aboard a cruise ship. The death was not considered suspicious and the next of kin has been notified.

Disturbance

At 7:53 p.m. on Saturday, 53-year-old Rodney Darren Jackson was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest downtown and taken to LCCC.

Domestic dispute

At 11:46 p.m. on Friday, JPD responded to a report of a domestic dispute between a 45-year-old man and a 43-year-old woman. Alcohol was a factor.

At 3:38 a.m. on Sunday, a 24-year-old man reported being assaulted by a 21-year-old woman. Alcohol was a factor.

At 9:22 a.m. on Sunday, JPD created a case for an old domestic incident.

Driving while intoxicated

At 11:02 p.m. on Friday, 32-year-old Geraldine Malacas Manares was arrested for driving under the influence in the 8800 block of Egan Drive and taken to LCCC. The vehicle she was driving was impounded. Alcohol was a factor.

Fraud/forgery

At 1:27 p.m. on Thursday, a 39-year-old woman reported a case of check fraud at a business in the 9100 block of Mendenhall Mall Road.

Lost/found

At 2:04 p.m. on Thursday, a cell phone was turned in to JPD.

At 1:25 p.m. on Friday, a wallet found on Egan Drive was turned in to JPD.

Motor vehicle crash

At 7:50 p.m. on Thursday, 37-year-old Samantha Jo Smith was arrested for driving under the influence after totalling the 2017 Dodge she was driving in the 35000 block of Glacier Highway and taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

At 9:59 p.m. on Thursday, a 49-year-old woman reported her 2015 Dodge was struck while parked on the 1800 block of Shell Simmons Drive.

At 9:17 p.m. on Friday, a 31-year-old man driving a 1993 GMC was taken to Bartlett Regional Hospital for injuries following a crash on the 8800 block of Egan Drive. Alcohol was a factor.

Sex crime

At 8:55 p.m. on Saturday, JPD investigated a report of a sexual assault.

Shoplift

At 5:44 p.m. on Friday, 23-year-old Sarah Madison Butikofer was cited and released for shoplifting in the 400 block of Franklin Street.

Shot fired

At 9:10 p.m. on Saturday, a 54-year-old man reported hearing a shot fired in the 9900 block of Stephen Richards Memorial Drive.

Theft

At 7:30 p.m. on Friday, 37-year-old Reyna Marie Regalado was arrested for harassment and violating conditions of release in the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue and taken to LCCC.

Traffic stop

At 8:07 p.m. on Thursday, 65-year-old Alisa Hazel Elie was cited and released for driving with a revoked license in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway.

At 8:32 p.m. on Thursday, 44-year-old James Robert Newman was cited and released for driving without a valid license in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway.

At 3:17 a.m. on Friday,34-year-old Amanda Marie Phillips was cited and released for driving without a valid license in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway.

At 11:30 p.m. on Friday, 36-year-old Elijah Harris was cited and released for driving with a revoked license in the 300 block of Village Street.

At 1:01 p.m. on Saturday, 61-year-old Gregory Paul Kincade was cited and released for driving with a revoked license in the 2800 block of Riverside Drive. The vehicle he was driving was impounded.

Trespassing

At 3:39 p.m. on Friday, a 23-year-old man reported a 36-year-old man trespassed at a business in the 8800 block of Glacier Highway.

At 11:46 p.m. on Saturday, 46-year-old Marcus Ryan Peterson was arrested for criminal trespassing in the 100 block of Franklin Street and taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

Vandalism

At 5:31 p.m. on Thursday, a 65-year-old man reported vandalism in the 3400 block of Foster Avenue.

At 8:50 a.m. on Friday, a 64-year-old woman reported vandalism to a vehicle in the 8300 block of Aspen Avenue.

Vehicle theft

At 5:09 a.m. on Saturday, a 30-year-old woman reported her 2014 Dodge stolen from Lemon Creek Road. It was later found. Alcohol was a factor.

Warrant arrest

At 3:07 p.m. on Thursday, 39-year-old Leif Olaf Arthur Larsen was arrested on a JPD warrant in the 2800 block of Postal Way and taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

At 7:44 p.m. on Thursday, 27-year-old Joseph Kendal Hostetler was arrested on an Alaska State Troopers warrant on Whittier Street and taken to LCCC.

At 12:37 p.m. on Friday, a 14-year-old boy was arrested for an AST warrant in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway and taken to the Johnson Youth Center.

At 10:16 p.m. on Friday, 36-year-old Emory Pecson was arrested on an AST warrant on Industrial Boulevard and taken to LCCC.

At 3:17 p.m. on Saturday, 60-year-old Patrick Lee Elisoff was arrested on a JPD warrant and additionally charged with driving with a revoked license on Vanderbilt Hill Road and taken to LCCC. The vehicle he was driving was impounded.

At 8:33 p.m. on Saturday, Mekena Lee Wutzke was arrested on a JPD warrant in the 2800 block of Riverside Drive and taken to LCCC.
