WASILLA — A Wasilla motorcyclist remains in critical condition following a crash Thursday night on a rural road.

Alaska State Troopers said 51-year-old Kenneth Barkley just after 6:30 p.m. was driving south on Wasilla-Fishhook Road when his motorcycle left the roadway near Summit Circle.

Barkley was not wearing a helmet.

He was ejected from the bike.

Barkley was flown by a LifeMed Alaska helicopter to Providence Medical Center for treatment.

A hospital spokesman says Friday he’s still in critical condition.
