Death

At 2:30 p.m. on Friday, Juneau Police Department investigated the death of a 58-year-old woman in the 3400 block of Nowell Avenue. The death is not considered suspicious and next of kin has been notified.

Disturbance

At 4:11 p.m. on Friday, JPD responded to an altercation between a 38-year-old man and a 37-year-old woman.

At 10:17 p.m. on Friday, a 24-year-old man reported an altercation between a 26-year-old man, a 44-year-old man and a 42-year-old woman. Alcohol was a factor.

At 10:20 p.m. on Saturday, JPD responded to a report of a verbal altercation involving a 39-year-old man and a 39-year-old woman in the 9100 block of Cinema Drive. Alcohol was a factor.

Domestic violence

At 1:39 p.m. on Thursday, a 48-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence —criminal mischief. The man was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was a factor.

At 12:50 a.m. on Friday, a 30-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence —criminal mischief. He was taken to LCCC.

At 4:06 a.m. on Saturday, a 34-year-old woman was arrested for domestic violence —assault and criminal mischief. The woman was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

Motor vehicle crash

At 4:12 p.m. on Saturday, JPD responded to a motor vehicle crash between a 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer and a 2017 Dodge Ram in the 6200 block of Glacier Highway.

At 6:04 p.m. on Saturday, JPD responded to a report of a pedestrian being struck by a vehicle in the 8500 block of Valley Boulevard.

Shoplift

At 7 a.m. on Friday, Juneau Police Department responded to a shoplift in the 3000 block of Vintage Boulevard.

Traffic stop

At 12:49 a.m. on Saturday, JPD impounded a 2018 Toyota Yaris in the 8800 block of Egan Drive. Alcohol was a factor.

Trespassing

At 4:50 p.m. on Thursday, 29-year-old Paul Lepoidevin was cited and released for criminal trespass in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway. At the same time and place, 36-year-old Natalia Lynn Sanders was cited and released for criminal trespass.

At 4:44 p.m. on Saturday, a 42-year-old man reported a 31-year-old man was trespassing at his residence.

Warrant arrest

At 4:56 p.m. on Friday, Devon Rivera was arrested in the 2500 block of Vista Drive on a $5,000 warrant for probation violation for an original charge of sexual abuse of a minor. Rivera was also charged with resisting arrest and taken to LCCC.

At 1:57 p.m. on Saturday, 35-year-old Judson David Morgan was arrested in the 8700 block of Teal Street on an Alaska State Trooper warrant for four counts of third-degree misconduct involving weapons. He was taken to LCCC.

Welfare check

At 8:44 p.m. on Thursday, JPD conducted a confidential investigation into an unattended death in the 4400 block of Sesame Street.
