Alaska Dames fashion show raised money for JAMHI

Alaskan Dames raised $3,300 for the Juneau Alliance for Mental Health from a local fashion show they hosted at Suite 907 along with the help of other local businesses. A check will be given to JAMHI at their board meeting on Thursday, Dec. 10.

The fashion show happened on Nov. 7 and was MC’ed by Abby O’Brien and Alexandra Brown. For $10 a ticket, audience members enjoyed a full-length fashion show, beer tasting, a silent auction, a live auction hosted by Collette Costa and tunes put on by DJ Manu. Other participants were Shoefly, the Alaskan Brewing Co, Mabel Mckinley, Sequence, The Rose, LulaRoe by Jeanne Marie, Lilette, Alaska Music One, Freya, Bustin’ Out Boutique, Tom Gundelfinger, Jacci Manfsfield, Colleen Torrence from Longaberger, Heritage Coffee Co. and the Glacier Salt Cave.
