Work to dredge the Douglas Boat Harbor continues on Thursday. The Army Corps of Engineers is overseeing the project to deepen the harbor to a depth of 14 feet and is also funding the $5.8 million project which will rebuild half the harbor floats. The work is to be completed by next October.
