A panorama of the front of the Alaska Capitol shortly after 8 a.m. Monday shows several dozen people gathered to show support for refugees and immigrants. The first gathering, last week, attracted just fewer than 100 people. In an hour and a half, organizers collected 166 signatures asking Gov. Bill Walker to speak out against President Donald Trump’s executive order on immigration and refugees. (Mary Catharine Martin | Juneau Empire)
