Death Investigation

At 11:58 a.m. on Monday, the Juneau Police Department began an investigation into the death of 55-year-old male. The death is not considered suspicious and next of kin has been notified.

Drug Activity

At 1:14 p.m. on Monday, JPD began a confidential investigation into a report of drug activity.

Driving While Intoxicated

At 10:14 a.m. on Monday, a 37-year-old male was arrested for driving while intoxicated on Skaters Cabin Road. He was released pending blood draw processing by the state crime lab.

Sex Crime

At 6:34 p.m. on Monday, JPD began a confidential investigation into a report of sexual abuse.

Shoplifting

At 4:12 p.m. on Monday, 60-year-old Thomas Sanders was cited and released for concealment of merchandise on Willoughby Avenue.

Trespassing

At 5:20 p.m. on Monday, JPD received a report that a 40-year-old female and a 36-year-old female trespassed on private property on Cinema Drive.

Vandalism or Graffiti

At 2:44 a.m. on Monday, a 47-year-old reported vandalism to their residence on Columbia Boulevard.
