At 1:53 a.m. on Tuesday, the Juneau Police Department took a gun for safekeeping on Glacier Highway.

Misconduct Involving a Weapon

At 3:06 p.m. on Tuesday, 28-year-old Samuel Early Smith was cited and released on Montana Creek Road for misconduct involving a weapon. Alcohol was a factor.

At 1:49 p.m. on Tuesday, JPD began a confidential investigation into a reported sexual assault.

Trespass

At 8:07 a.m. on Tuesday, 41-year-old Rooney Hasselquist was arrested for trespass. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

At 3:06 p.m. on Tuesday, 47-year-old Christopher Williams was cited and released on Trout Street for criminal trespass. Alcohol was a factor.
