For Saturday, Aug. 16

Assault

On Saturday at about 3:30 p.m., a 39-year-old man was arrested for assault (domestic violence) and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Theft

On Saturday at 5:34 p.m., a 31-year-old man reported a theft of his license plate.

Foot Patrol

On Saturday at 8:21 p.m., a case was created for documentation on Mallard Street.

Arrest

On Saturday at 8:37 p.m., 56-year-old David Michael Williams was arrested on Willoughby Avenue for driving under the influence and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. The vehicle was towed.

Extra Patrol

On Saturday at 11:51 p.m., on Vintage Boulevard, a case was made to document activity on an extra patrol.

For Sunday, Aug. 17

Trespassing

On Sunday at 10:05 a.m., on Vintage Boulevard, a 3o-year-old reported a trespass at a local business.

Theft

On Sunday at 1:23 p.m. on Bonnett Way, a case was made to document a report of theft from a local business.

Death Investigation

On Sunday at 3:18 p.m., investigation was made into the death of a 17-year-old man. The death is not considered suspicious. Next of kin has been notified.

Found Property

On Sunday at 4:25 p.m., on the Glacier Highway, a 30-year-old woman turned in a found laptop computer, which was placed into safekeeping.

Theft

On Sunday at 4:47 p.m., a 37-year-old woman reported a stolen black 9MM Magnum Research MR9 Eagle pistol.

Traffic Stop

On Sunday at 10:21 p.m., on the Glacier Highway, 31-year-old Robert Brian was cited for driving without a license and released.

For Monday, Aug. 18

Disturbance

On Monday at 7:13 a.m., on Hospital Drive, 46-year-old Kyle David Nalan was arrested for harassment and city assault and was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Domestic Dispute

On Monday at 8:21 a.m., on Auke Bay Harbor Road, a 29-year-old man reported he was assaulted by a minor child.

Conditions Violation

On Monday at 8:26 a.m., a 52-year-old woman reported a 56-year-old man violated a stalking protective order by contacting her.

Sex Crime

On Monday at 10:34 a.m., confidential investigation into child abuse.

Harassment

On Monday at 1:02 p.m. on Willoughby Avenue, a case was made to document a harassment.

Domestic Dispute

On Monday at 1:08 p.m. a 31-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence assault and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Agency Assist

On Monday at about 1:30 p.m. on Deborah Drive, a case was made to document an agency assist.

Shoplifting

On Monday at 1:57 p.m. on the Glacier Highway, Juneau Police Department responded to a report of shoplifting at a local business.

Motor Vehicle Collision Without Injury

On Monday at 6:16 p.m., multiple parties reported a motor vehicle collision hit-and-run by a spray-painted white van.

Welfare Check

On Monday at 8:04 p.m. on the Glacier Highway, 50-year-old Todd Tucker was arrested for driving while intoxicated, driving without a license, and on a $25 warrant for failure to appear on the original charge of driving while intoxicated. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Trespassing

On Aug. 18 at 8:36 p.m. on the Glacier Highway, 33-year-old Shawdai Eberhardt was arrested for unlawful contact and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

For Tuesday, Aug. 19

Theft

On Tuesday at 3:34 p.m., on Commercial Boulevard, 38-year-year-old Johanna Cropley was arrested for larceny and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Child Abuse or Neglect

On Tuesday at 6:22 p.m., a confidential investigation was conducted into possible assault of a child.

Conditions Violation

On Tuesday at 6:41 p.m., on Churchill Way, 31-year-old Drake Clements was arrested for unlawful contact and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

For Wednesday, Aug. 20

Domestic Dispute

On Wednesday at about 12:30 a.m., on Cinema Drive, 42-year-old Floyd Rapp was arrested for criminal mischief and two counts of violating conditions of release and was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
