For Wednesday, July 16
Death investigation
At 3:13 p.m., Juneau Police Department opened an investigation into a death. Circumstances do not appear to be suspicious. Next of kin has not been notified.
Shoplifting
At 3:54 p.m., Anton Mach, 36, was arrested on Vintage Boulevard for theft, trespass and violating conditions of release and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
For Thursday, July 17
Fight
At 12:20 a.m., Juneau Police Department investigated a reported assault on Franklin Street.
Traffic stop
At 1:14 a.m., JPD investigated a vehicle that failed to stop at the direction of a peace officer on Teal Street. No action was taken.
At 1:47 a.m., Jimmy John Joaquin Johnson, 23, was cited and released for driving without a license. His vehicle was impounded.
Camping complaint
At 9:51 a.m., Douglas Worthington IV, 22, was arrested on Jordan Avenue on a $5,000 Alaska State Troopers warrant for a parole violation on the original charge of coercion.
Attempt to serve
At 4:30 p.m., Nathan James Nichols, 43, was arrested on $100 worth of JPD warrants, original charge driving with license revoked. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
Assault
At 6:08 p.m., JPD investigated a report of a 23-year-old woman assaulting a 24-year-old woman on Vintage Boulevard on July 11.
For Friday, July 18
Domestic dispute
A 1:55 a.m., a 39-year-old man was arrested for criminal mischief (domestic violence) and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
Conditions violation
At 3:02 p.m., Juneau Police Department investigated a report of a protective order violation.
Vehicle in ditch
At 7:19 p.m., JPD investigated a single-vehicle accident on Glacier Highway.
Fight
At 8:19 p.m., JPD responded to the report of a fight involving juveniles on Mendenhall Loop Road.
For Saturday, July 19
Found property
At 12:29 a.m., a report was made for found property on Front Street.
Fight
At 2:49 a.m., a 24-year-old man reported an assault that was caused by a fight on Front Street.
Trespassing
At 7:59 a.m., Monika Jay Escajeda, 36, was arrested on Glacier Highway on a $25 JPD warrant and taken to LCCC.
Assault
At 1:31 p.m., a 42-year-old man was arrested for assault (domestic violence) and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
At 7:28 p.m., Christopher Mitchell, 41, was arrested for assault on Churchill Way. He was taken to LCCC.
At 7:44 p.m., JPD investigated reports of an assault on Airport Boulevard. Alcohol was involved.
For Sunday, July 20
Driving while intoxicated
At 2:11 a.m., Willem Neyhart was arrested for driving while intoxicated after a motor vehicle collision with a parked vehicle. His vehicle was impounded and he was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
Suspicious activity
At 3:58 a.m., a 38-year-old woman reported that objects/substances had been thrown on vehicles in her driveway on Melrose Street.
Vandalism or grafitti
At 4:22 a.m., Matthew Anthony Chavez, 27, was arrested on Seward Street for criminal mischief and resisting arrest. Alcohol was involved. He was taken to LCCC.
At 9:29 a.m. on Sunday, Dillon Thomas Baltzell, 31, was arrested on Cinema Drive for third-degree criminal mischief and taken to LCCC.
Suspicious activity
At 2:56 p.m., Allan Rotenes Millendez, 42, was arrested on Foster Avenue for attempted trespass, trespass and assault.
Motor vehicle collision with injury
At 10:50 p.m., Juneau Police Department responded to a one-vehicle motor vehicle collision with injury on Glacier Highway. The driver, Pascual Alvarez, 52, was transported to Bartlett Regional Hospital and arrested for driving while intoxicated.
For Monday, July 21
Trespassing
At 12:18 a.m., Thomas Melvin Bell, 64, was arrested on Teal Street for trespass and violating conditions of release. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
Domestic Dispute
At 12:40 a.m., Juneau Police Department investigated a report of a domestic disturbance on Kanata Street.
Disturbance
At 8:37 a.m., a 43-year-old man was arrested for third- and fourth-degree assault.
Out with subject or situation
At 9:07 a.m. on Monday, JPD impounded a 2005 Chevy Malibu.
Traffic stop
At 7:35 p.m., Lave Iputi, 33, was cited and released for driving without a license on Riverside Drive. His vehicle was impounded.
At 9:44 p.m., Caleb Jack, 23, was cited and released for driving without a license on Glacier Highway.

Theft
At 2:31 p.m., a 53-year-old man reported seeing someone stealing mail on Sunset Drive.
Child sexual abuse material investigation
At 2:42 p.m., JPD conducted a confidential investigation into possible child sexual abuse material.
Vandalism or grafitti
At 4:23 p.m., a 23-year-old woman reported vandalism to her vehicle on Franklin Street.
Theft
At 4:35 p.m., JPD investigated a report of a 13-year-old boy stealing money and property.
At 5:25 p.m., a 39-year-old man reported his bike stolen on Shell Simmons Drive.
Motor vehicle collision without injury
At 7:14 p.m., Samantha Joy Derr, 35, was arrested for driving while intoxicated and interfering with arrest. She was taken to LCCC. Her vehicle was impounded.
For Wednesday, July 23
Traffic stop
At 12:39 a.m., Nicole Dunne, 44, was cited and released for driving with license revoked. The vehicle was impounded.
Attempt to serve
At 2:30 a.m., Thomas Bell, 64, was arrested on Front Street on $50 worth of warrants on the original charge of violating conditions of release and trespass. He was taken to LCCCLemon Creek Correctional Center.
Conditions violation
At 5:51 a.m., a 64-year-old man was arrested for criminal mischief and unlawful contact (domestic violence), violating a protective order and violating conditions of release.
Sexual assault
At 7:27 a.m., JPD conducted a confidential investigation into possible sexual assault.
Police assist
At 4:47 p.m., JPD retrieved some firearms on Glacier Highway and placed them in safekeeping.
Trespassing
At 8:06 p.m., Wesley Pearce, 34, was cited and released for criminal trespass on Glacier Highway.
Domestic dispute
A 33-year-old man was arrested for fear of assault (domestic violence) and assault in front of a minor. He was taken to LCCC.
