Attempt to Serve

At 1:16 p.m. on Thursday, a 2001 Subaru was impounded after it struck a guardrail.

Death Investigation

At 4:14 p.m. on Thursday, Juneau Police Department officers responded to a report of a deceased 64-year-old female. The situation was not considered to be suspicious and next of kin has been notified.

Foot Patrol

At 7:50 p.m. on Thursday, 30-year-old Latavia Lofftus was arrested on Village Street on a $25 warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while license revoked or suspended. She was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Trespassing

At 6:46 a.m. on Thursday, a 21-year-old male reported a 36-year-old male was trespassing on Mendenhall Mall Road.

At 10:58 a.m. on Thursday, 58-year-old Lance Cesar was arrested on Front Street for fourth-degree assault and violating conditions of release. He was taken to LCCC with $500 bail. Alcohol was a factor.

At 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, JPD received a report of a 33-year-old male trespassing at a business on Glacier Highway.
