Assault

At 9:38 p.m. on Sunday, 56-year-old Francisco Aldana was arrested for assault on Stephen Richards Memorial Drive. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was a factor.

Motor Vehicle Collision Without Injury

At 11:08 p.m. on Sunday, a black Dodge pickup slid into a ditch on Riverside Drive. The occupants reportedly left the scene and the vehicle was impounded.

Shoplifting

At 2:59 a.m. on Sunday, a 32-year-old male reported a 36-year-old male stole from a business on Trout Street.

Traffic Stop

At 1:21 a.m. on Sunday, 52-year-old Jose Munoz was arrested on Egan Drive for driving without a license a no-bail warrant for violating conditions of parole. Alcohol was a factor.

Trespassing

At 8:25 p.m. on Sunday, 58-year-old Lance Cesear was arrested for criminal trespass on Teal Street. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.
