Assault

At 7:30 p.m. on Monday, 46-year-old Garrett Derr was arrested on Hospital Drive for resisting and violating conditions of release. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was a factor.

At 9:06 p.m. on Monday, a 35-year-old male reported being assaulted on Vintage Boulevard. Alcohol was a factor.

Motor Vehicle Collision Without Injury

At 9:34 p.m. on Monday, a 31-year-old female reported her vehicle was struck on Mendenhall Loop Road while attempting to turn. The other vehicle left the area.

Out With Subject or Situation

At 9:08 a.m. on Monday, 19-year-old Madison Belle Lone was cited and released for trespassing on Cinema Drive.
